Gay and lesbian marriage has become a controversial debate in contemporary society. There are heated arguments for and against the legalization of marriage between couples of the same sex. This paper explains that the underlying assumption for those in favor of gay marriages is that the central aspects of love, relationship, and understanding should override all other issues. However, this paper argues that the situation is not quite that simple. There are numerous factors that militate against the acceptance of gay marriage as an institution in modern society. The paper points out those gay marriages have the potential to create serious problems with regard to a range of very important social and cultural issues that make marriages of this nature untenable in modern society.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Polls in the late 1990s found that the topic of greatest concern for conservative Christians, and for many other North Americans, was that gays and lesbians might achieve rights and protections in law that had previously been reserved as special privileges only for heterosexuals. Perhaps the most important of these rights is for homosexuals to be able to marry the partner that they love and to whom they are committed for the rest of their life. Since the first attempts to legalize same-sex marriage were launched in Hawaii, same-sex marriage and civil unions have remained on the "front burner." Concern increased during 2003-JUNE and JULY when same-sex marriages were legalized in both Ontario and British Columbia in Canada. Some same-sex adult couples from Canada, the U.S., and other countries have started to travel to these provinces to marry.
Essentially all conservative Christian groups and leaders describe SSM and civil unions as a threat to society. They often consider the nature of this menace to be self-evident, and do not give an in-depth analysis of the reasons for their concerns. On the other hand, many gay-positive, religious liberal, and mental health news sources stress that SSM and/or civil unions should be approached as civil liberty issues. The right to marry the person with whom you have made a lifetime commitment is of paramount importance to many -- a major human rights issue. These groups often don't consider possible negative effects that SSM may have on society.
Rebuttals are listed after each point. They are based on the assumptions that homosexuality is a fixed, not chosen, sexual orientation that is normal and natural for a minority of adults. These are the beliefs of most gays, lesbians, religious liberals, mental health therapists and human sexuality researchers. Religious conservatives generally believe that homosexuality is a changeable, chosen, addictive, abnormal and unnatural lifestyle behavior; they will probably disagree with most of the rebuttals.
10 reasons why Same-Sex Marriage is a Bad Idea:
1. Gays & lesbians make poor parents.
Assertion: The State of Hawaii and court petitioners representing the Roman Catholic Church and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints claimed that gays and lesbians in committed relationships make inferior parents. The best way to assure that children get the best possible upbringing is to require spouses to be of different genders.
Rebuttal: All of the witnesses in Baehr v. Miike -- both for the plaintiffs and the defense -- said that, on average, gay and lesbian couples are as loving as are opposite sex couples, and are equally as competent as parents. Since that court hearing, there have been many additional studies of the competency of gay and lesbian parents. Those conducted by groups opposed to same-sex marriage have generally found that homosexual parents are inferior; those conducted by groups that support same-sex marriage, or which have no preconceived position have generally found that gay and lesbian couples are equal or superior to opposite-sex parents. 8 Children parented by lesbians or gays have been found to be no different from those raised in an opposite-sex household "...on measures of popularity, social adjustment, gender role behavior, gender identity, intelligence, self-concept, emotional problems, interest in marriage and parenting, locus of control, moral development, independence, ego functions, object relations, or self esteem." Also, no significant differences have been observed in regard to "teachers' and parents' evaluations of emotional and social behavior, fears, sleep disturbances, hyperactivity, and conduct differences."
2. Children need to be raised by their biological parents:
Assertion: Children are better off when raised by their biological parents. In a same-sex marriage, at least one parent would be genetically unrelated to the child.
Rebuttal: With a divorce rate approaching 50%, a large minority of children are parented by a genetically-unrelated adult at some time in their lives. This inevitably happens in the case of a step family. If the state is to deny gays and lesbians, on this basis, the right to marry the partner that they love and have made a commitment to, then the state should logically deny divorced persons with children the right to remarry the person that they love.
3. A child with same-sex parents will be subjected to hate:
Assertion: Raising a child in a home with gay or lesbian parents in effect punishes the child, because they would be exposed to homophobia by the public. Hatred directed at the child's parents would spread to the child.
Rebuttal: Using the same argument, one could suggest that all inter-racial marriages should be banned and that all individuals of mixed-race ancestry should not be allowed to marry because their children will be of mixed racial ancestry and may experience racism from racial bigots. Other people's racism or homophobia should not be used to deny fundamental human rights to gays, lesbians, inter-racial couples and persons of mixed-race ancestry .
4. Marriage is only feasible if the couple is monogamous; same-sex couples cannot be:
Assertion: Because of monogamy, marriage is an stable institution. This is apparently a reference to the state's belief that homosexual couples cannot be monogamous.
Rebuttal: It is important to realize that most opposite-sex marriages are not monogamous. The percentage of heterosexual spouses who engage in at least one extra-marital "fling" approaches 50%. The percentage of opposite-sex marriages in which both partners are monogamous is less than 50%.
8. Homosexual activity is a capital offense in the Bible:
Assertion: There are at least a half-dozen references to homosexuality scattered throughout the Bible. All are negative. Leviticus 20:13 states that "The penalty for homosexual acts is death to both parties. They have brought it upon themselves." (Living Bible): The New Living Translation says: "The penalty for homosexual acts is death to both parties. They have committed a detestable act, and are guilty of a capital offense." How can we allow gays and lesbians to marry if the Bible calls on them to be executed?
Rebuttal: Those are accurate quotations from two of the more popular English translations of the Bible. However, they are also excellent examples of how translators allow their own personal prejudices to affect their judgment. The Living Bible and New Living Translation refer to homosexuals -- i.e. to male gays and lesbians. But the original Hebrew refers only to two men having sex. Lesbians do not appear in the Hebrew Scriptures (a.k.a. Old Testament). So, based on this passage, there would be no objection to two lesbians marrying. There are many similar verses in Leviticus which describe the Mosaic Code and use the Hebrew word "to'ebah" to condemn certain behaviors: sharing a meal with a person of another religion, eating shrimp or lobster, getting a tattoo, wearing a cotton and polyester shirt, planting a mixture of grass seeds in your front lawn, etc. None of these behavior are still considered "ritually impure" today. The passage may well be null and void.
9. Almost everyone agrees that homosexuality is immoral:
Assertion: The vast majority of the faith groups in North America -- over 1,500 strong -- condemn homosexual behavior as a serious sin, hated by God. We cannot reward such behavior by allowing gays and lesbians to marry.
Rebuttal: While it is true that conservative religious groups condemn homosexual behavior, refuse to conduct union or marriage ceremonies for same-sex couples, and refuse to ordain active homosexuals to the clergy, this is not true of all faith groups. In fact liberal groups such as the Unitarian Universalist Association, United Church of Christ, American Humanist Association, American Atheists, etc. promote equal rights for persons and couples of all sexual orientations. Many mainline churches are actively debating their stand on these matters.
10. Same sex marriage would be a radical change to society:
Assertion: When same-sex marriages were considered in Hawaii, a conservative Christian organization, Hawaii's Future Today (HFT), filed a brief with the court in opposition. They said, in part, that same-sex marriage would introduce "a radical reform in the basic institution of marriage, jettisoning long-recognized cultural values and drastically redefining the fundamental structure of our society..." They stated that the government has a compelling interest in "the historical and time-honored protection of traditional marriage as the fundamental structure in Hawaiian society that advances basic societal goals and values."
Rebuttal:
The essence of this argument is that because we have not allowed same-sex couples to marry in the past, that we should not allow them to marry in the future. If this logic were followed, slavery would still be practiced, men would be able to rape their wives with impunity, women would be prohibited from entering many professions, and non-virgin brides would be stoned to death today in North America.
Author Andrew Sullivan wrote: "The introduction of gay marriage would not be some sort of leap in the dark, a massive societal risk. Homosexual marriages have always existed, in a variety of forms; they have just been euphemized. Increasingly they exist in every sense but the legal one. As it has become more acceptable for homosexuals to acknowledge their loves and commitments publicly, more and more have committed themselves to one another for life in full view of their families and friends. A law institutionalizing gay marriage would merely reinforce a healthy trend."
11. The government has an interest in preserving the status quo:
Assertion: The government has a compelling interest to preserve the status quo in marriage -- to reserve it as a special privilege of opposite-sex couples and to deny it to same-sex couples. The brief by Hawaii's Future Today, also stated that the government has a compelling interest in "the historical and time-honored protection of traditional marriage as the fundamental structure in Hawaiian society that advances basic societal goals and values."
Rebuttal: The status quo in North America has shifted since 2003-JUN-10. On that date, a court in Ontario Canada declared that marriage licenses could be obtained by any adult couple -- same sex or opposite sex. So, in Ontario at lest, the status quo allows same-sex marriage. British Columbia followed suit on JUL-9. Laws must always be viewed by the court from the perspective of the claimant. The existing marriage legislation clearly discriminated against the same-sex couples who brought the lawsuit.

CASE STUDY #1
• Batch Systems- DOS
In MS-DOS, the extension ".bat" signified a file which could be executed by the command interpretor COMMAND.COM, by running line by line as if it was a list of commands to be entered, with some extra batch file specific commands for basic programming functionality, including a GOTO command for changing flow of line execution. The IBM OS/2 operating system supported DOS-style batch files. It also included a version of REXX, which was a more advanced batch file scripting language. IBM and Microsoft started developing this system but during the construction of it broke up after a dispute, as a result of this IBM referred to their MS-DOS like console shell without mention of Microsoft; naming it just DOS, although this seemingly made no difference on the way batch files worked from COMMAND.COM.
OS/2's batch file interpreter also supports an EXTPROC command. This passes the batch file to the program named on the EXTPROC file as a data file. The named program can be a script file; this is similar to the various Unix #! Commands.
• Interactive Systems- Unix Operating System
Unix operating systems are widely used in servers, workstations, and mobile devices.[1] The Unix environment and the client–server program model were essential elements in the development of the Internet and the reshaping of computing as centered in networks rather than in individual computers.
Both Unix and the C programming language were developed by AT&T and distributed to government and academic institutions, which led to both being ported to a wider variety of machine families than any other operating system. As a result, Unix became synonymous with "open systems".
Unix-like systems run on a wide variety of machine architectures. They are used heavily for servers in business, as well as workstations in academic and engineering environments. Free Unix variants, such as GNU/Linux and BSD, are popular in these areas. Some Unix variants like HP's HP-UX and IBM's AIX are designed to run only on that vendor's hardware. Others, such as Solaris, can run on multiple types of hardware, including x86 servers and PCs. Apple's Mac OS X, a hybrid kernel-based BSD variant derived from NeXTSTEP, Mach, and FreeBSD, has replaced Apple's earlier (non-Unix) Mac OS. Unix interoperability was sought by establishing the POSIX standard. The POSIX standard can be applied to any operating system, although it was originally created for various Unix variants.
• Real-time systems- QNX
QNX is based on the idea of running most of the OS in the form of a number of small tasks, known as servers. This differs from the more traditional monolithic kernel, in which the operating system is a single very large program composed of a huge number of "parts" with special abilities. In the case of QNX, the use of a microkernel allows users (developers) to turn off any functionality they do not require without having to change the OS itself; instead, those servers are simply not run. The system is quite small, with earlier versions fitting on a single floppy disk. QNX Software Systems today unveiled the latest generation of its operating system and development tools for the automotive, industrial, medical, networking, and defense markets. Realtime operating system (RTOS) and the QNX Momentics. Tool Suite introduces many new capabilities.
• Hybrid Systems- Linux
Linux is an operating system that was initially created as a hobby by a young student, Linus Torvalds, at the University of Helsinki in Finland. Linus had an interest in Minix, a small UNIX system, and decided to develop a system that exceeded the Minix standards. He began his work in 1991 when he released version 0.02 and worked steadily until 1994 when version 1.0 of the Linux Kernel was released. The kernel, at the heart of all Linux systems, is developed and released under the GNU General Public License and its source code is freely available to everyone. It is this kernel that forms the base around which a Linux operating system is developed. There are now literally hundreds of companies and organizations and an equal number of individuals that have released their own versions of operating systems based on the Linux kernel. More information on the kernel can be found at our sister site, LinuxHQ and at the official Linux Kernel Archives. The current full-featured version is 2.6 (released December 2003) and development continues.
Linux has an official mascot, Tux, the Linux penguin, which was selected by Linus Torvalds to represent the image he associates with the operating system. Tux was created by Larry Ewing and Larry has generously given it to the community to be freely used to promote Linux.
• Embedded Systems--Windows Mobile
Windows Mobile is a mobile operating system developed by Microsoft that was for use in smartphones and mobile devices, but is being phased out to specialized markets.
The current version is called "Windows Mobile 6.5". It is based on the Windows CE 5.2 kernel, and features a suite of basic applications developed using the Microsoft Windows API. It is designed to be somewhat similar to desktop versions of Windows, feature-wise and aesthetically. Additionally, third-party software development is available for Windows Mobile, and software applications can be purchased via the Windows Marketplace for Mobile.
Originally appearing as the Pocket PC 2000 operating system, most Windows Mobile devices come with a stylus pen, which is used to enter commands by tapping it on the screen. Microsoft announced a completely new phone platform, Windows Phone 7, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 15, 2010. Phones running Windows Mobile 6.x will not be upgradeable to version 7.
Windows Mobile's share of the Smartphone market has fallen year-on-year,decreasing 20% in Q3 2009. It is the 5th most popular smartphone operating system, with a 5% share of the worldwide smartphone market (after Symbian, BlackBerry OS, Android and iPhone). In the United States, it is the 3rd most popular smartphone operating system for business use (after BlackBerry OS and iPhone), with a 24% share among enterprise users. Microsoft is phasing out Windows Mobile to specialized markets, such as rugged devices, and focusing on its new mobile platform, Windows Phone 7.

MY PERSONALITY
Being a leader since when I was a childhood, being a famous student in our campus and a simple daughter of my parents I just can say that being me and handling my situation of my family is difficult.
As I grow up that all the things I want will give to me because I was the youngest it’s give me the attitude of being a spoiled brat in the family.
My family knows me well of being a responsible student but hard headed daughter. I have a very strong personality of what the people say who I am and especially criticizing my family.
We have all experienced losing in our life. Whether it is a basketball game or a simple bet on boxing match. We got extreme feeling of dejection that it could never have happened but still did. A week has passed when we take the personal traits test. It only means that we are facing more challenges to pass this subject.
As a student that born as one of leaders in the youth I’m always find myself at the receiving end of every decision I make. The outcomes can result to promotions and commendations or relief of and criticism. That is why they couldn’t help but think.” What if it goes bad? What would people say to me? ”Well, we really should be careful of every move that we make especially nowadays when we can’t seem to do anything good. Personal traits I believe is a test that testing how a capability of a person
to make things normal and estimate what ability makes me grow.
I reflect to personality traits that I take up last week that in this kind of life now I must know how to manage my personality and attitude, as living 18 years in this world, as I evaluate myself as a person and entrepreneur, the result is somewhat entrepreneurial, some of my attitude that make of this result are that I am;
Openhanded person- I think one of the most my assets about my personality is being a kind hearted especially to my friends, I must understand that I have to try to be kind to people and that it will take time. Being a generous is not just something you do for a day and then never again, it is an ongoing journey sometimes you will be to balance the situation, I have a deep patience to all the people I encounter. Hence being a kind person is being to the image of God. The result of your openhanded is happiness IN OTHERS!! Enjoy making OTHERS happy by being generous in all to ALL OTHERS. As a direct and most of the time instant result you will earn a true sincere SMILE from the depth of that soul and heart.
Dedicated to the one i love/ dedicated to my work or business- in every success there is always a failure that makes a better person “every person must, exercise of his rights and in the performance of his duties, give everyone his due, and observe honesty and good faith. If you love your work or business it will love you too also even the people that surround it!
Being well disciplined individual person embody all the ideals of an admirable character from keeping the whole body fit to maintaining a sober mind. Many among us had grandiose dreams while were young, somehow, along the way succumbed to the faith of failing. Many among us to continue to dream big things but lack the faith and hard work. And many still are contented of just dreaming.
Faithful- I have always been loyal to everyone that i meet even if their someone I’ve never met before I'm always nice and compassionate around my friends I'm always caring and loving always there for them whenever they need me i would never let them down no matter what but sometimes when people turn on me or tend to dislike me because of one reason or another it tears me apart and i become angry inside and hurt intensely i know what it's like to be hurt and to hurt from those who obviously don't care how another person feels but with me I am and forever will be loyal and caring. Understand what being loyal means. You must be willing to allow your own interests to take second place to be truly loyal to another person or cause. Loyalty is simply the act of putting someone or something else ahead of one's self.
One must that a somewhat entrepreneur like me must be loyal to any business or community that may encounter. surrender is neither self-mortification nor resignation to external events. Surrender infuses you with the power of God and gives you the spiritual energy to find ways out of or through difficult life circumstances. It is inner docility to God's will.
http://www.experienceproject.com/stories/Am-Very-Loyal/783435
Integrity- In every day life we are engaging in different traits that we do not know we are actually doing or practicing it already. Right thing means integrity. We can define the word integrity in many ways but the word simply means being consistent. In what way? Simple, through actions, the methods, the outcomes and so on. What it means to us when we say that we must live with integrity? Easily, to be trustworthy in all of life’s situations. It is also maintaining the kind of character and reputation you have. It is you, you are known for that. Each one of us has different traits. These traits are unique. It is one of the factors that a technopreneur must have. Integrity in ones self is a big challenge for a technopreneurtechnopreneur
Religious Person-Sometimes I do not to choose to have problems but we cannot avoid to if what gods plan for you, when encounter problems in life, I know that we can always count on GOD, our family and friends to see us through rough road. When times get tough and we need to get through the dilemma or predicament to make decisions, they are always ready to inspire us.
The religious person believes in God; the worshipper loves God. Being religious is being obedient and faithful. Being a worshipper of "the known God" is joyful. God remains unknown to him or her who believes in God but does not love Him. The Bible says, So, love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. When you believe in and love God, you offer and surrender yourself to Him to be freed from your personal bondage. But selfless offering and loving surrender aren't forms of giving up your responsibilities. If anything, they expand your commitments.
Friendly- I have a personality that I can easily trust the person to me. Have you ever tried making pleasant conversation with someone you've run into, and they blew you off by giving one word responses and obviously looking like they don't want to be spoken too? You probably walked away thinking they were pretty unfriendly, even if you intellectually knew they may have had a reason for being brusque. If someone is trying to chat with you, make an effort to give them something back in return. Spend time with people more often. Spend time with them longer. Spend time with more of them. If when you normally see your friends, you leave after a few hours, try spending all day with them. If you only see your friends once or twice a week, try seeing them three times. If you usually keep to yourself at work, and only talk to people on break, try spending time with your coworkers a little more during the workday. If you only see some acquaintances of yours under specific circumstances (e.g., in particular class, at a club), then try to see them outside of that situation. This is all assuming the people you know would be glad to spend more time with you, but if you prefer your own company like I often do, you probably underestimate the amount of time 'regular' people like to spend with each other. It can also be an interesting experience to resist your urge to go home, spend several more hours with people past your usual tolerance, and realize you actually kind of prefer it to being home alone with not enough to do. Overall, having a friendly disposition or attitude is great if you have it, but you can't consistently create one on demand. You can keep certain actions in mind though to still be a more friendly person. Just inviting people out more, remembering to chat to people when you see them around, or joining groups, even if nothing changes about you deep down, are still the behaviors of a sociable person. You'll come across that way more, your social life will probably get a boost, and eventually, through a slightly convoluted process, your mind may come to follow your actions.

From a young age, I have periods where I get "obsessed" with something. I think all of my friends notices that it’s not a simple admiration to someone but a obsession to it. Another factor which contributes is I have a somewhat secretive personality and find it hard to open up to people. I don’t know if its normal to love a person more than yourself, its one of my personal that I cant manage because its all about my feeling to other special to me.
One of the personalities I don’t like is being lazy because since I started High School I noticed that I was always depending to my classmates and friends, and that all being begin that until now I tolerate it.
And that I consider that make hindrance for me that makes me successes is that my personality that easy to jealous to other people.
Jealousy is an form of emotional stress. Jealousy comes form the feeling or insecurity & inadequacy in situations the person regards as curcial to his happiness & welfare. jealousy develops in early adolescent. specifically parents are responsible for it. Parents compare their kids with the other kids or subject or anything who has lesser standards than their child. Or simply say wrong comparison of parents. Or parents compare their kids with the narrow / wrong one. And this stage of mental and physical development child is not able to understand the meaning & values of parent’s intention.
Although we like to think that the people in our lives are well-adjusted, happy, healthy minded individuals, we sometimes realize that it just isn't so. Personally, I've had moments where I'll be skipping through my day, happy as can be, thinking life is grand and BAM, I'll be blindsided by someone who manages to knock the happy wind out of my sails. Sometimes it is easy to write it off and other times, not so much. Maybe you are a positive person, but when you are around a certain individual, you feel negative. Or, maybe you have an idealistic view of the world and when you are with certain people, you are made to feel silly, unrealistic or delusional. Or, maybe you pride yourself in being completely independent and in control of your life, but when you are around a certain family member, you regress into a state of childhood. Some of these situations, and yes, these people, can have a tremendously negative impact on our lives. And, although we are all human and have our 'issues,' some 'issues' are quite frankly, toxic. They are toxic to our happiness. They are toxic to our mental outlook. They are toxic to our self-esteem. And they are toxic to our lives. They can suck the life out of us and even shorten our lifespan.

I reflect to personality traits that I take up last week that in this kind of life now I must know how to manage my personality and attitude, as living 18 years in this world, as I evaluate myself as a person and entrepreneur, the result is somewhat entrepreneurial, some of my attitude that make of this result are that I am;

"how to be a sucessful technopreneur"??
What are the factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur?
Most Stories about successful people tell about them having a good quality education and possessing the correct attitude. There are also countless individuals I personally met who possess these two valuable tools for success and they holding lofty positions in their work and are happy with their life. Success in life is almost always synonymous with these two attributes. One without the other does not guarantee success, thus the two must complementary.I can say one the very successful person in the world is Mr. Steve Paul Jobs because of his intelligent mind that bring him to the top and being a well-known person in the world. Steve is business magnate and inventor. He is well known for being the co-founder and chief of Apple. Jobs also previously served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios and also he became a member of the board of The Walt Disney Company in 2006, following the acquisition of Pixar by Disney.
As I watched the movie of the Pirates of the Silicon Valley, I noticed the some factors that contributed to the Success of Steve Jobs
Creative Thinker
A simple definition is that creative thinker is a person who has the ability to imagine or invent something new. Creativity is not the ability to create out of nothing (only God can do that), but the ability to generate new ideas by combining, changing, or reapplying existing ideas. Some creative ideas are astonishing and brilliant, while others are just simple, good, practical ideas that no one seems to have thought of yet. Creativity is also an attitude: the ability to accept change and newness, a willingness to play with ideas and possibilities, a flexibility of outlook, the habit of enjoying the good, while looking for ways to improve it. Creative people are comfortable with imagination and with thinking so-called weird, wild, or unthinkable thoughts, just for the sake of stimulation. I cant imagine how Steve Jobs have a creative mind creating computer hardware.

He Don’t be Afraid to Make Mistakes
Some point of our lives we never noticed that we starting making mistakes little by little but because learning from our mistakes makes us strong and courage to do what we want, we pursue of the things that makes us successful even we encounter trials and judging of others. Mistakes is a part of being mature, things that happen to of us. I know sometimes Mr. Steve afraid of making mistakes because a person like him does thing invention perfect. I used to think that as I matured I would make fewer mistakes. I thought, we going to get better at this, because we made a lot of mistakes in the beginning. I believed that there would come a day when I wouldn't make very many mistakes, because I would be better.
What we learned, however, was that as we matured we would continue to make mistakes, but I would learn more quickly from them. Maturity helps us become better leaders because it helps us learn from our mistakes.
As we become more self-confident, we're willing to admit things that we would not admit if we had lower self-image. We become strong enough to admit mistakes -- and learn from them. We become bolder because we know that even if we make a mistake, we are moving ahead.
As we mature we realize that mistakes are not usually fatal. As Henry Ford put it, "Even a mistake may turn out to be the one thing necessary to a worthwhile achievement." Thomas Edison could have said the same thing, with 1,000 "mistakes" before hitting on the discovery he was seeking.
Steve Jobs also learn from his mistakes when I saw the movie the pirates of the Silicon Valley first I noticed that the idea of Steve Jobs will not perfect if he haven’t encountered several mistakes he believed that as long as he did things slowly and carefully, and learned from other people’s blunders. Whenever we did screw up we was often chastised for not being careful enough, for not thinking things through, or for not listening closely enough when we was told about other people’s mistakes. We grew into an anxiety-ridden teenager, afraid of making even the tiniest mistake, and strove for perfection.
Curiosity
Curiosity of Steve Jobs leads to know things all kinds of things just to know them. Knowledge does not require a reason. The question, "Why do you want to know that?" seems strange to the creative person, who is likely to respond, "Because I don't know the answer." Knowledge is enjoyable and often useful in strange and unexpected ways. Next, knowledge, and especially wide ranging knowledge, is necessary for creativity to flourish to its fullest. Much creativity arises from variations of a known or combinations of two knowns. The best ideas flow from a well equipped mind. Nothing can come from nothing.
In addition to knowing, curios people want to know why. What are the reasons behind decisions, problems, solutions, events, facts, and so forth? Why this way and not another? And why not try this or that?
The curious person's questioning attitude toward life is a positive one, not a destructive one reflecting skepticism or negativism. Steve Jobs also is a curios person when he do his invention and idea but because his curiosity he have a wide mind to make more convenience and enhance his invention.
Steve Jobs makes your mind observant of new ideas when he are curious about something, his mind expects and anticipates new ideas related to it. When the ideas come they will soon be recognized. He It opens up new worlds and possibilities by being curious you will be able to see new worlds and possibilities which are normally not visible. They are hidden behind the surface of normal life, and it takes a curious mind to look beneath the surface and discover these new worlds and possibilities. It brings excitement into his life; the life of Steve Jobs is far from boring. It’s neither dull nor routine. He and his company are always new things that attract their attention; there are always new ‘toys’ to play with.
Factors of failure of Steve Jobs are Rejecting of idea and criticism of others
In the movie Steve Jobs is sometimes boastful person he does not how to listen of idea of others. He became self-center he think that all of his idea was a perfect he doesn’t know that sometimes the criticism and knowledge of others make his invention better. These Factors of failure of Steve Jobs make him bad. Criticism is futile because it puts a man on the defensive, and usually makes him strive to justify himself. “Criticism is dangerous, because it wounds a man’s precious pride, hurts his sense of importance, he afraid that people criticize him. For me, he was the fear of being criticized, first by his friends, employee and then by people in general. Maybe he does no learn to associate making mistakes with being judged, rejected, and ridiculed, He think that he handle everything.

How do you see yourself as a technopreneur?
When I read this question how I see my self as a technoprenuer I laughed I think a few minutes started imagine how is my life being with it profession and work. As I grow up I know to myself that I have no capability to this profession. As a student now I haven’t yet idea how difficult is it but when I encountered and met a person who is technopreneur and saw what they do. I think it hard to manage business and trust other people. technopreneur is the key to earn money through technology. Can I really earn from technology? People think nowadays about their future. They think seriously, of course life is not a joke. But sometimes people don't know how to do it. Well in fact the things they need is just around them. The keep on looking for money and they are looking for it badly. Sadly, they don't really know about earning through technology.
Maybe being an technopreneur is a lot more risky than the conventional job routine. There is no regular salary I have to find customers on my own. Marketing your product/service and financing the project are also of concern. I noticed that most technopreneur use a combination of due diligence and gut instincts while evaluating their product/service. They are good at spotting a need in the market and then backing themselves up to believe that their idea can fill that void. If someday I would be a technopreneur I must believe in my idea and not always depending in others, I Never underestimate what I can do and other contributions. Being an technopreneur is a lot more risky than the conventional job routine. There is no regular salary; you have to find customers on your own. Marketing your product/service and financing the project are also of concern. If someday when my path cross being business woman I would rather choose technopreneurship because the evolution of technology is changing every minute or every hour, there are many things and learn to technology. But it hard to me being future business woman because I don’t kwon how to manage money but I know to convincing others but technopreneur is more on knowledge how to new technology in society.
Tales of Successful stories can be traced from the pages of history and even in the pages of the Holy Sciptures. People who reached the zenith of success have distinct characteristics that reflect their totality as a person. How can I reached my goals was never a matter of chance or destiny, but because I possessed strong will of my character and determination.
Success cannot be achieved overnight. It requires a lot of sacrifices that would definitely test how strong and capable you are. There are requirements in order to me to achieve success but not in an easy way. A person needs to have skills. Skills that given by God that every person has. It is only for me to develop these and enhance.
Another requirement would be abilities. Skills when developed and enhanced would soon become a part of me and eventually become my secret weapon towards success. A person equipped with abilities could easily find ways and means overcome difficulties that he might encounter along the way. Abilities are also needed in order to perform my job well. The ability to make decisions and feasible plans would help me a lot in traversing my way towards the long and narrow path of success. My skill and abilities are my greatest investments in order to profit and gain.
My character would be the final determinant whether or not we would be able to reach my destiny. My character counts. Skills and abilities would mean nothing without my character. Success would be within our reach if we possess these three qualities- skill, ability and character. Many people fail to attain their objectives in life because they lack one of these characteristics in the whole package of successful technopreneur.
